Rosalia Vila Also known as Rosalia She is a Spanish performer of flamenco. Involved in the margins of both traditional and popular music since her teens she also explores other styles including hip-hop soul and trap. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela describes her voice as delicate and sharp, yet featuring the sharpness of veteran singers. El Mal Querer, her second album following Los Angeles in 2017, has been a huge critical and commercial hit. It debuted at the top of Billboard's Latin Pop Albums Chart and earned her the Grammy. The hit single La Fama featuring the Weeknd first appeared in 2021. It was her third studio album. Motomami featured songwriting collaborations with a variety of producers and artists such as Cory Henry and James Blake. The show premiered in March 2022. was launched following SNL's appearance on Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia has been the only Spanish singer to be the only solo performer on the show. In addition to winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia was also the very first woman to win the Latin Album of the Year twice.
